Available Teas:
White:
- Snow Buds(Xue Ya): Harvested in very limited quantities on high mountain peaks in the northern region of Fujian, China. The impressive taste is sweet and savory with a clear infusion that is surprisingly full flavored and smooth.
- Osthmanthus Silver Needle (RARE): Its rich bodied, nectar like infusion has a sweet taste and a distinct flowery aroma.
Green:
- Jasmine: Blended with fresh Jasmine blossoms by a traditional tea scenting process. The green tea absorbs the natural essence and imparts a sweet and soothing fragrance.
- Jade Fire: Skillfully fired by hand, this tea is from Anhui, China. It is tightly rolled into shiny, dark green pellets. This tea dates back to the Ming Dynasty and is the predecessor to the ubiquitous Gun Powder shaped green teas. Jade Fire is of a much higher quality than any gun powder green tea.
- Ancient Green Tuo Cha Pu-erh(RARE): Designed by the artisans of the Jing Mai Village in Yunnan, China. Commonly classified as "Green Pu-erh," this sun-dried green tea is meticuously selected silvery buds from the ancient tea treas of Jing Mai Mountain. Its flavor is rich and slightly smoky with notes of honey, citrus and persimmon.
- Ancient Snow Sprout (RARE): Exquisite with honey like flavor and depth of body unlike any other green tea. It is composed of silvery white down covered sprouts that are hand picked from the tops of tall, wild growing tea trees in China's Yunnan Province.
Oolong:

Black:
- Darjeeling (1st Flush): The teas of the Darjeelings 1st flush have a unique character with nuances of green and black tea. It is soft with slightly flowery and fleeting notes of muscat.
- Golden Yunnan: From the Yunnan, China, has a deep reddish black infusion with a mollasses like sweetness and malt flavored finish. Full flavored and rich bodied.
- Ceylon Single Estate: A great Sri Lankan Black tea fron a single garden that has not been blended with inferior teas. The tightly rolled, long and wiry leaves have a fruity and full bodied tast with hints of roasted sugar cane and raisins.
