We appreciate your business. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase. Returns are processed as a refund of the original purchase price. Merchandise must be unused, unopened, fully functional, and in its original packaging. All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If the item does not adhere to the aforementioned standards we reserve the right to apply a partial refund or credit.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on coffee beans. However, if you are not satisfied with the coffee please contact us so we can work together to resolve the issue.
