Story

Hunapu is Luis Pedro Zelaya's project to create high-quality micro-lot coffees from small producers in and around the Antigua region of Guatemala. This offering is the culmination of coffees collected from the 50 small producers who are part of Zelaya's project. The lots are processed and milled at Finca Bella Vista, another farm operated by the Zelaya family. The Hunapu project was created to support the small-scale farmers of the region by providing them with higher-quality processing and global network opportunities. We are always thrilled to be a part of Zelaya's projects as his obsession with sorting and processing results in some of the finest, most consistent Washed coffees in the world. Enjoy!
