Brewing Guide: French Press
HEAT 420g of purified water to 201°F.
PREHEAT the French Press with hot water and discard the water.
GRIND 30g of coffee, very coarse (sea salt sized), and pour into the French Press.
START your timer for 4 minutes.
POUR 100g of water and wet all the grounds.
STIR the slurry three times after 30 seconds.
ADD the remaining hot water.
PLUNGE the press when the timer goes off and enjoy.
