Offering a fantastically fruit-forward and juicy cup, our Wonderblend packs a major flavor punch that develops more and more with each sip. Bright and refreshing notes of watermelon candy and creamy papaya shine at first sip. As you continue, additional candied notes of lightly tart and sweet peach rings illuminate the drinking experience, leaving you with a juicy finish that highlights the coffee’s overall vibrancy.

Story

Wonder /ˈwəndər/ n. – a feeling of surprise mingled with admiration, caused by something beautiful, unexpected, unfamiliar, or inexplicable (Oxford Dictionary)

Wonderblend /ˈwəndərblend/ n. – A coffee blend that evokes a sense of wonder and awe, brought on by the whimsical, vibrant, and extraordinary combination of remarkably unique coffees (Temple Coffee Roasters)

Wonderblend is our perennial seasonal blend with fresh popping flavors. Each year we work on a playful blend from our favorite origins. Our fourth iteration of Wonderblend features three distinct natural processed coffees: Java Mt. Argopuro Natural, Burundi Hafi Natural, and Ethiopia Mulish Natural. This year we wanted to really push for a punchy, wild blend. The Java Mt. Argopuro Natural was an exceptional standout as our Single Origin Espresso and is the showcase component for this coffee alongside a wonderful Burundi Hafi Natural that complements the blend. Lastly to round out the palate, Ethiopia Mulish Natural was added to tie the whole blend together with a macerated sweetness reminiscent of sour fruit candy. Wonderful as a pour over or enjoy it as espresso. Orchestrating a complex yet complimentary blend of natural-processed coffees is no easy feat, and this year's Wonderblend is sure to please the coffee enthusiast.
