Returns & Refunds on Non-Consumables
We greatly appreciate your business. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase. Returns are processed as a refund of the original purchase price. Merchandise must be unused, unopened, fully functional, and in its original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you need to return an item, please contact us for a Return Reference Number at orders@templecoffee.com or call us at 1-916-454-1282.
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If the item does not adhere to the aforementioned standards, we reserve the right to apply a partial refund or credit.
Coffee and Tea Returns
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on coffee beans or tea. However, if you are not satisfied with our coffee or tea, please contact us so we can work together to resolve the issue.
