Egypt is home to one of the Seven Wonders of the World and the best Chamomile. Our Chamomile is true Matricaria recutita or commonly referred to as German Chamomile. This whole flower botanical has been known around the world for its sedative properties, however, it has also been traditionally used for centuries as an anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, mildly astringent and a general healing medicine to treat anything from canker sores to arthritis and stomach cramps. We make no such claims but a good cup of Golden Chamomile tea couldn’t hurt.

BREWING: 1 gram of tea per 2 oz. of freshly boiling water, steep for 5 minutes, stir, and enjoy.
