Production Roaster
Job Summary
We are hiring for our roasting team! Our team is dedicated to providing expertly-crafted batches of coffee for our 8 retail locations and growing community of wholesale partners. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about coffee and dedicated to providing expertly-roasted beans. The Production Roaster would report to the Roastery Manager and be responsible for roasting coffee to Temple's standards, meeting production needs, and fulfilling orders on time.

Requirements
- Must have passion for all things coffee.
- Monday through Friday availability required. This is a full-time hourly position.
- Must have excellent reliability, with transportation, and be flexible to work overtime when needed.
- Must have good communication, organization, and math skills.
- Able to take direction and works well under time constraints.
- Able to follow instructions and balance priorities.
- Able to perform physical requirements of the job.
- Able to thrive within a small team environment.

General Responsibilities
- Unloading green coffee shipments.
- Operating weight and fill machines.
- Labeling, packaging, operating heat sealers, product fulfillment, and shipping.
- Unloading inventory and deliveries.
- Working with team members to track inventory.
- Working with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Following all safety and GMP protocols.
Experience
- Experience in the coffee industry preferred.
- Coffee roasting experience is a plus.
