Flash Brewed Ice Coffee
As the days get longer and the weather starts to heat up, many look forward to relaxing in the sun with a nice, refreshingly cold cup of coffee. Over the last few years, a different method of brewing iced coffee called “flash brewing” has taken a spotlight in many cafes during the summer months. In this class, we will learn how to make a flash brew and the advantages it might have when compared to cold brew. This class is fantastic for anyone interested in brewing methods, or simply looking to make fantastic iced coffee at home.

Coffee Filter Design
Have you ever wondered why different coffee brewers and their respective filters are shaped differently? Well, many of the design choices made for the brewers lead towards different flavors being present in the coffee itself! In this class, we will be discussing and putting different coffee filters head to head, taking a deeper look at how shape design for filters elicits different flavors in coffee. Join us as we find out what exactly goes on during the brewing process and taste to find which style might suit you best!
