FLAVOR: Chocolate, Dried Cherries, Butterscotch
Our Dharma Espresso Blend offers a medium body with lingering finish. Bright and tart notes of dried cherries are prominent at first sip, while sweet notes of chocolate and butterscotch are present throughout. This espresso gives a rich tasting experience which pairs well with milk or as a single shot.
Our Dharma Espresso Blend incorporates three distinct coffees from three different parts of the coffee-producing world.
The first component comes from Minas Gerais, Brazil. Grown high in the municipality of Campos Altos, the coffee collected in this region offers a dense, creamy body, plus contributes notes of rich chocolate and a subtle maple syrup sweetness.
The second coffee component comes from Sidamo, Ethiopia. Coffees from Ethiopia offer a noteworthy fruit-like sweetness, and this coffee component is no different. Providing a dried fruit sweetness and fullness in body, this Natural process coffee adds complexity and depth to this espresso.
The third coffee comes from Huila, Colombia. This coffee is made up of four lots from four small producers in Huila. Each lot undergoes a double fermentation wet-mill process after being harvested. The coffee is then washed and laid out to dry on raised beds for 12 to 25 days, while some of the coffee is put in a mechanical dryer for 40 hours.
Although each coffee maintains its own unique qualities, each of them comes together to create one harmonious tasting experience in our Dharma Espresso Blend. Enjoy!
