COLD BREW

BREWING STEPS

  1. Prep a filter bag to place inside your designated container.
  2. Measure out 440ml of cold purified water and set aside.
  3. Weigh out 55 grams of coffee and grind on a coarse grind size.
  4. Carefully transfer the coffee grounds into the filter bag. 
  5. Pour half of the water (~220ml) over the ground coffee and stir with a spoon to fully saturate the grounds.
  6. Tie up the zip tie to secure the filter bag and pour the rest of the water into the container. 
  7. Close the container shut and store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Steep for 20-24 hours.
  8. Carefully lift the filter bag from the concentrate and let it drain.
  9. Dilute equal parts water to cold brew concentrate OR to taste. 
  10. Pour over ice and enjoy!
