1. Heat 420g of purified water to 201°F.
2. Preheat the French Press with hot water and discard the water.
3. Grind 30g of coffee, very coarse (sea salt sized), and pour into the French Press.
4. Start your timer for 4 minutes.
5. Pour 100g of heated, purified water and wet all the grounds.
6. After 30 seconds, stir the slurry three times.
7. Add the remaining hot water.
8. When the timer goes off, plunge the press and enjoy.
